Marsha Robertson's Bio

Marsha has studied the relationship between movement and function for over 35 years. Her studies began with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. While working with clients to address functional deficits, she recognized that movement and strength did not automatically lead to satisfying functioning and living. The question of HOW one changes function to bring a better life quality is what prompted Marsha to further study the neuroplasticity of the brain, and its relationship to thinking, moving, emotions and action. Marsha attended Awareness Through Movement® classes for several years. She graduated from a four year Feldenkrais® professional training program with Anot Baniel in 1991. Marsha's further study and certification in Bones for Life™ and Sounder Sleep™ techniques address sleep issues and bone health.

Marsha's Feldenkrais classes include Awareness Through Movement®, Bones for Life™ and Sounder Sleep™ System.
